Heidi Hewitt, LCDC is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor devoted to helping women overcome substance use challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. Having lived in and served the communities of Galveston County and Harris County, Heidi understands the unique struggles women may face in addiction, recovery, family responsibilities, trauma, relationships, and emotional well-being.
Her mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where women feel empowered to heal, grow, and rediscover hope. Heidi is passionate about helping women achieve long-term wellness, lasting recovery, and emotional stability through compassionate substance abuse counseling and individualized support tailored to each woman’s unique journey. She believes recovery is possible and is committed to helping women reclaim their strength, confidence, and purpose.

Heidi and Tabitha's journey to founding Restored Hope Community began with a deep realization that women in recovery need more than just clinical intervention; they need a sisterhood. Having witnessed the transformative power of peer support in her own community, they recognized a gap in services specifically designed for the unique emotional and social landscapes women navigate during recovery.
Their vision was to create a sanctuary where the weight of shame is replaced by the strength of shared experience. As Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors, they combine professional expertise with an approach that addresses the spirit as much as the mind. This community is the fruition of their commitment to Galveston and Harris County women.
Today, Restored Hope Community stands as a testament to the belief that every woman possesses an inherent resilience. Heidi and Tabitha continue to facilitate groups and provide individualized care, ensuring that no woman has to walk the path of recovery alone. It is a place where hope is not just a word, but a lived daily reality for those reclaiming their futures.
